We create an experience and product that is unique to each of our clients. We've collaborated with three generations of a family to create a full cookbook, and also worked with individual persons to create personalized cookbooks just for them. No job is too big or too small for us to take on.

The Cookbooks
Some families choose to make private cookbooks and other families allow us to sell copies of their books. We create yearly compilations as well as individual recipe books.

About Me
Preserving family history and traditions through food
My name is Matthew Hanson. I started Culinary Perspectives in 2015 as a graduate school project. I fell in love with the idea of learning more about people and their cultures through food. I quickly learned that I could create books on individual recipes and make a unique product that goes beyond traditional cookbooks. We are based out of Ellicott City, Maryland. However, we've worked with clients all over the country and in England.
