Joe's Baked Rigatoni

Growing up, my next door neighbor Joe hosted "Italian night" every few months. He would get the neighborhood together and serve us this baked rigatoni dish. It is unlike any Italian dish that you have ever had. As Joe told me "my mother would be rolling in her grave if she knew how I was cooking this." It is perfect for hosting a large dinner party and great to have as leftovers.
