Ollie's Gumbo

A classic cajun meal that incorporates a ton of different flavors. Ollie's Gumbo is a great meal to host a large dinner party or to make and freeze for future meals. Sharon grew up in Mississippi and learned how to cook this from her nanny, Ollie. Ollie was from Louisiana and brought cajun style cooking to their home.
